OUR STORY
IT ALL BEGAN IN 1998
At the age of two, Suela was diagnosed with celiac disease after a biopsy.
At that time, gluten-free products could only be found in pharmacies. Her parents bought all her food there, as supermarkets simply didn't offer any.
Throughout her childhood, she grew up feeling "different." At school, when cakes were distributed for Christmas or birthdays, she would watch other children help themselves, while she couldn't have any. Cookies, pastries, and cakes were a daily part of others' lives, but rarely hers.
ALMOST 28 YEARS LATER...
Gluten-free aisles have expanded considerably. Yet, one observation remains: it is still difficult to find truly delicious gluten-free pastries.
Too often, they are dry, unappealing, or simply lack the flavors and textures of traditional pastries. This is exactly what Suela wanted to change: to create generous, moist, and delightful pastries, where only gluten is removed, without compromising on taste.
At Cinnalove, no recipe is put on sale until it has been tested, adjusted, and approved. We also have many people who do not follow a gluten-free diet taste them, to ensure they are appealing primarily for their taste, texture, and deliciousness. Our goal is simple: that our pastries are appreciated for what they are, without even thinking they are gluten-free.
HOW WAS CINNALOVE BORN?
"To create today the pastries I couldn't find as a child." It was from this idea that Cinnalove was born in 2026.
Cinnalove was born from a simple desire: to offer gluten-free pastries that are appealing even before the first bite.
Generous cookies, moist cinnamon rolls, and creations made with real ingredients, without trying to replace everything. At Cinnalove, we remove gluten, not deliciousness.
We believe that celiac individuals also deserve pastries as delicious as those everyone else enjoys.
WHY "CINNALOVE"?
It all started with cinnamon rolls.
The name Cinnalove was born from the combination of "Cinna," referring to cinnamon rolls, and "Love," because each creation is prepared with passion and the desire to share a truly delightful moment.
Today, even though our collection has grown with our cookies and other creations, cinnamon rolls will always be part of Cinnalove's DNA.
OUR GREATEST REWARD
One of our greatest prides is seeing people who do not follow a gluten-free diet also fall in love with our creations.
Through tastings and events, many customers have told us that our cookies are among the best they have ever tasted, without even realizing they were gluten-free.
